In order for your child to attend school, you must provide proof of immunizations for your child. All students are required to have a current and valid SC Certificate of Immunization on file as mandated by SC state laws.

The SC Department of Health and Environmental Control determines and publishes the required school entry immunizations on a yearly basis.

Students who are not in compliance with the state required immunizations may be excluded from school until they receive the required immunizations and/or provide a medical or religious exemption to the school. Please contact your child’s school nurse for information or assistance regarding your child’s immunization status.
